Print labels for name badges

Ingo Updated by Ingo

This article explains the different types of printers that work with MATE's current print function. Furthermore, you will find a list of the different labels, including a direct link to ordering via Amazon and a short checklist of questions that you should consider before ordering your labels.

Printers that support the print function
The following should be noted when ordering the labels
  • What dimensions should my labels have? (e.g. endless: yes/no?)
  • Which colour should my labels have (white, yellow, transparent)
  • Should my labels be splashproof?
  • Should my labels be tearproof?
  • Should my labels be removable?
  • Should my labels be adhesive or non-adhesive?

The following versions of labels are currently supported by the print function, DK-11209 is the MATE standard and the most commonly used version.

By clicking on the label name you will be taken to the Amazon order page to order the respective label type directly.

Please note that you must order labels that deviate from our standard (DK-11209) yourself. We always recommend that you order original Brother label rolls directly from Brother itself or from comparable suppliers such as Amazon.
