Therefore, we would like to show you possible solutions for errors that may occur during hardware setup.

Log-In not possible

iPad is not connected to the WLAN

Hotspot has no data volume

Log-in data is incorrect

Requested printer is not displayed
  • Printer is not switched on
  • Printer is not in WLAN (green light on the left is not illuminated)
  • iPad is not connected to the "Sweap Hotspot" WLAN
  • Printer settings are not configured/enabled in the event (backend)
  • Print function is not booked in the event (backend)
  • Printer not connected to the power cord
Printer does not work
  • Automatic printing at check-in is not configured (backend)
  • Label roll is exhausted or not properly installed (red light on the right is lit). If it is not inserted correctly, try removing and reinserting the roll. 
  • Printer is not connected to the WLAN (green light on the left)
  • Printer is not connected to the power cord
